Renew Your Pass

You may renew your Annual/ Season Pass at the Annual Pass Lobby.
A renewed Annual Pass will be valid for one year, or six months for Season Pass after the last day of the current validity period, regardless of the actual date of the renewal.

Replace Your Pass

If you have lost your Annual/Season Pass, please visit the Annual Pass Lobby for a replacement Annual/ Season Pass. A replacement fee of S$10 will be imposed.

• Terms & Conditions for Universal Studios Singapore Annual Pass

  ▸	The Annual Pass is valid for admission during normal operating hours of Universal Studios Singapore with unlimited usage for one year from the issue date. It is not valid for admission to separately ticketed special events and concerts.
  ▸	Priority access via VIP turnstile into Universal Studios Singapore will be applicable only for the first 3 hours after opening.
  ▸	Annual Pass & Universal Express is only valid during normal operating hours of Universal Studios Singapore. It is not valid for separately ticketed events and concerts.
  ▸	Rental of stroller or wheelchair is subject to availability.
  ▸	Discount for food and beverage is not applicable at food carts, for liquor and alcohol purchases or prepackaged food and beverage items sold as souvenirs.
  ▸	Discounted tickets privilege is subject to park capacity.
  ▸	Discounted tickets can only be purchased at any of the Universal Studios Singapore ticket booths.
  ▸	Special offers on VIP Tour and Packages are only for the holder of the Annual Pass. ▸ It is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. ▸ For VIP Tour reservation, please call +65 6577 6077 or email us at rwstours@rwsentosa.com, quoting "Annual Pass VIP Tour Entitlement".
  ▸	The Annual Pass must be presented when redeeming the privileges and personal identification may be required.

  ▸	Ticket is valid for one-time admission and must be processed into pass at Annual Pass Lobby on the same day of visit.
  ▸	Pass is valid for six (6) months from first day of visit.
  ▸	For student rate, valid student ID must be presented at point of purchase and point of pass processing. Limited to one (1) purchase per student ID.
  ▸	All benefits and privileges are non-transferable and meant for cardholder’s use only.
  ▸	Park regulations of Universal Studios Singapore applies.
  ▸	Terms and conditions of the prevailing benefits listed for Universal Studios Singapore Annual Pass applies.
  ▸	Ticket subject to availability and not valid with any other promotion.
  ▸	Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to vary or substitute the benefits at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  ▸	Resorts World Sentosa shall not be liable for any loss injury, liabilities, expenses or damages howsoever incurred or sustained by the ticket/pass holder and/or any other person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the use or consumption of any services, products or facilities of any merchant or retailer or for any other reason.
